What you´ll do
- ·Lead manufacturing operations for sealants and adhesives at the Cleveland site, ensuring alignment with Henkel’s strategic goals.
- ·Provide direct leadership across Manufacturing, Engineering, Materials Management, Lean, Safety, Health, and Environment.
- ·Develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure operational efficiency, legal compliance, and financial performance.
- ·Manage budgets, capital planning, and resource allocation to balance strategic objectives with profitability.
- ·Drive continuous improvement through Lean culture, innovation, and quality system adherence.
- ·Audit performance and operations regularly to identify variances and ensure corrective actions.
- ·Foster leadership development, professional growth, and a culture of diversity, and inclusion.

Education and/or Experience
- B.S. or B.A. degree in Engineering, Operations or related technical field.
- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing and product development, including 10 years of senior leadership through plant/general management experience in manufacturing.
- Proven analytical, project management and systems background.

The salary for this role is $180,000.00- $200,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
