About this Position

Join our Commercial Excellence team and gain deep insights into project management and business analytics in an international environment. As part of the Project Management Office, you will support key projects, drive process improvements, and help transform data into actionable recommendations for decision-makers. 

What you´ll do

  • You will be a member of a business unit’s global strategy team, gaining deep insights into the world of Adhesive Technologies in Critical Infrastructure and Machinery 
  • You will develop and maintain global sales pipeline and partnership tracking tools using Excel and Power BI, analyzing project and sales data from multiple sources with a strong emphasis on master data integrity to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • You will be actively contributing to the preparation of long-term strategies that solve real-world challenges of a large organization
  • You will be working hand-in-hand with multi-disciplinary teams and colleagues around the world, including top management to gather insights and validate data
  • You will experience the operationalization of business strategies, as well as change management processes
  • You will make use of your language skills supporting strategic initiatives in an international and multi-lingual working atmosphere

What makes you a good fit

  • Active student of Business Administratio, Engineering, Business Analytics or related studies
  • Relevant practical experience, preferably in consulting, strategy or business development
  • Excellent English language skills and advanced communication skills required
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling) and Power BI
  • Ability to manage and clean large datasets with attention to detail and data integrity
  • Team player & high level of self-organization to handle projects independently
  • Drive and willingness to achieve results, proactive work attitude
