About this Position

Our Talent Acquisition Team covers an end-to-end in-house recruitment process. We are the main contact point for any hiring related questions and steps from the moment when new vacancy appears till the successful candidate accept our job offer. This includes permanent external hirings as well as internal moves.

What you´ll do

  • Supporting Recruitment Partners in their daily tasks, such as job postings, CV selection, screenings via phone and scheduling interviews
  • Responsibility for the recruitment process for part-time student jobs, under the supervision of the respective Recruitment Partner
  • Active sourcing via external platforms (LinkedIn, Profesia)
  • Communication with hiring managers and candidates on regular basis
  • Administrative tasks related to the recruitment process – work with internal HR tools, Excel and external job boards

What makes you a good fit

  • University student of 3rd – 5th grade
  • Advanced English (oral and written)
  • Previous work experience in the field of Recruitment or Employer Branding 
  • Very good communication skills, customer orientation, polite and friendly attitude, proactive approach, good organisation skills, eager to learn and is not afraid of new challenges
