About this position
What you´ll do
- Supporting Recruitment Partners in their daily tasks, such as job postings, CV selection, screenings via phone and scheduling interviews
- Responsibility for the recruitment process for part-time student jobs, under the supervision of the respective Recruitment Partner
- Active sourcing via external platforms (LinkedIn, Profesia)
- Communication with hiring managers and candidates on regular basis
- Administrative tasks related to the recruitment process – work with internal HR tools, Excel and external job boards
What makes you a good fit
- Preferably a university student entering the 4th year of study
- Fluent Slovak and advanced English (both written and spoken)
- Previous work experience in Recruitment or or other HR field
- Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented, polite and friendly attitude
- Proactive, well-organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and not afraid of new challenges
