About this Position
Embark on a journey as a Junior Key Account Manager in Henkel Consumer Brands division, where you will become part of a dynamic work environment, collaborating with diverse colleagues to enhance overall efficiency, problem-solving, and creativity within the workplace. What you´ll do
- Establishing, building and maintaining relationships with key customers
- Development of monthly/ quarterly/ annual sales plan with superiors
- Sales estimation
- Responsibility for its customer sales, market shares, budgets and profitability
- Responsibility for performance indicators
- Suggestion, preparation and implementation of sales activities
- Coordination of sales activities with brand managers
- Cooperation with regional sales manager and sales team
What makes you a good fit
- University degree in Economics/Management or related studies
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in sales/FMCG
- Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Fluent Slovenian and English
- Fast learner
- Driving license (B category)
- Ability to travel
