What you´ll do
This role plays a key part in advancing the Purchase to Pay (PTP) process through innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. It supports the design and adoption of digital solutions that streamline operations and improve data accuracy, while contributing to core PTP activities such as invoice processing, payment coordination, and vendor engagement. The position combines operational know-how with a proactive mindset, helping the team embrace new tools and drive measurable efficiency gains.
- Drive process improvement and standardization across the PTP cycle
- Lead initiatives to introduce and scale digital solutions that support operational goals
- Support team members in adopting new tools and workflows
- Oversee invoice posting, down payment management, and tax validation
- Monitor vendor payment timelines and resolve delays
- Ensure data accuracy through robust invoice verification controls
- Act as a liaison for internal stakeholders and suppliers on reconciliation matters
- Promote consistency and efficiency through process and tool standardization
What makes you a good fit
- Prior experience in PTP or finance operations preferred minimum 2 years
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel and VBA for data analysis and reporting
- Clear and effective communication with cross-functional teams
- Ability to train and support colleagues in process changes
- Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP Ariba) and automation tools (e.g., RPA) is a plus
- Power BI experience especially for visualizing PTP performance and insights
- Experience contributing to digital transformation projects in finance or procurement is
a plus
