Brindar soporte estratégico y operativo al equipo comercial, asegurando el control eficiente de descuentos, provisiones, facturación y disputas con clientes. Este rol es clave para garantizar la transparencia financiera, el cumplimiento contractual y la correcta ejecución de procesos comerciales, con foco en cuentas clave del canal directo, moderno y tradicional.
Lo que hará
- Apoyar al equipo comercial en la gestión de descuentos comerciales y condiciones contractuales con clientes.
- Analizar notas de crédito, facturas emitidas y su impacto contable.
- Realizar seguimiento a provisiones generadas mensualmente, asegurando su correcta contabilización.
- Elaborar reportes de cierre de mes, focalizados por cuentas.
- Dar seguimiento al equipo comercial en temas financieros y administrativos.
- Revisar disputas comerciales y levantar casos para su resolución.
- Mantener contacto directo con clientes (aproximadamente 20% del tiempo), especialmente en procesos de aclaración y resolución de disputas.
- Participación en procesos de mejora continua relacionados con control comercial.
- Apoyo en automatización de reportes y visualización de datos mediante herramientas digitales.
- Canal directo, moderno y tradicional.
- Cuentas nacionales y clubes de empresa.
Lo que lo hace un buen candidato
- Formación académica: Profesional en Contaduría, Administración, Finanzas o afines.
- Experiencia: 2 – 3 años en roles similares de control comercial, análisis financiero o soporte a ventas.
- Idiomas: Inglés básico-intermedio deseable.
- Conocimiento de industria: Deseable experiencia en consumo masivo, retail o belleza profesional.
- Herramientas: Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP y Power BI).
