What you´ll do

  • Assist the legal department with daily tasks.
  • Prepare and format basic legal, corporate and compliance documents (requests, letters, internal policies, acts, powers of attorney, etc.).
  • Scan, organize, and archive legal and compliance documentation (e.g., powers of attorney, case files, contracts).
  • Collect and conduct preliminary analysis of legal documents, information, internal policies and standards; • Contribute to internal reports and presentations.
  • Provide technical and administrative support to Legal and Compliance function (scheduling meetings, handling document flow).
  • Conduct legal research and review case law as assigned.
  • Draft, respectively revise, preliminary versions of contracts, claims, complaints, and other legal documents.
  • Support case preparation: gather evidence and compile materials for court/administrative proceedings.
  • Interact with government agencies, notaries, and courts (under supervision).
  • Support interactions with external law firms as needed (under supervision).
  • Archive and manage paper and electronic documents and files (case and file management).
  • Maintain and update legal documentation and registers and in both paper and electronic formats (e.g., powers of attorney, case files, contracts).
  • Handle correspondence in English, Russian, and Kazakh languages.
  • Translate legal and compliance documents to and from English.
