About this position

What you´ll do

  • Intern Recruitment: Take charge of the full recruitment cycle for various internships starting 2026. This includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and making hiring recommendations. The positions range from roles in Marketing to Supply Chain to Engineering. 
  • Career Events: Passionate about event coordination & connecting with young talent? Join us in organizing engaging university events in the Netherlands (includes workshops, career fairs, business cases and in-house days!) 
  • Craft our Employer Brand: Be part of shaping Henkel’s company image by taking the lead in employer branding activities such as Monthly Intern Gatherings, Job Shadowing and Hiring Manager sessions to enhance our workplace appeal. 
  • Diversity & Inclusion Initiative: Are you committed to fostering an inclusive workplace? Support our HR team on various DE&I projects. 
  • HR Ambassador for Interns: You’ll be at the heart of connecting and engaging with our vibrant intern community. 

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's or Master's Student or Fresh Graduate (3 months max.) in Business Administration, Economics, Human.
  • Resource Management or related (HBO/WO).
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written & spoken), Dutch prefered but not necessary.
  • Great attention to details.
  • Excellent communication and planning skills.
  • Interest to learn more about Human Resources, especially Recruitment & Employer Branding.
  • Looking forward to collaborating with international colleagues within the Benelux Region.
  • Available full-time for 6 months starting in January 2026.
