About this Position

Leads the deployment of the Henkel Production System (HPS) at the site level by driving strategy, coaching teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Develops local capabilities, ensures effective implementation of continuous improvement tools and methodologies, and promotes best practice sharing across the continuous improvement network to enhance performance, problem-solving, and long-term site development. 

What you´ll do

  • Define and lead the continuous improvement strategy and implementation; manage and oversee continuous improvement program deployment.
  • Support and coach local continuous improvement practitioners to ensure effective rollout; engage relevant people and departments to drive full ownership of actions and outcomes.
  • Foster and sustain a culture of continuous improvement (CI) and knowledge sharing across all areas of the site.
  • Develop and expand local capabilities in continuous improvement tools and methodologies; promote structured problem-solving; inspire a passion for improvement by providing a clear vision and direction for the site’s future development and performance.
  • Network actively within the continuous improvement community to share best practices, promote improved performance and problem-solving, and encourage others to contribute to knowledge exchange.

  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in FMCG environments
  • Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
  • 7–10 years of relevant industry experience
  • Proficient in problem-solving techniques and project management
  • Solid understanding of digitalization and manufacturing excellence practices
