Izvajanje vsakodnevnih HR aktivnosti s specializiranim strokovnim znanjem in zagotavljanje podpore za različne procese znotraj HR organizacij. 

Kaj bodo vaše naloge

  • Priprava splošnih internih HR aktov.  
  • Vzdrževanje sistema organizacije in opisov delovnih mest.
  • Priprava poročil in dokumentacije.
  • Zagotavljanje skladnosti z lokalno zakonodajo in korporativnimi standardi.
  • Operativna podpora delavcem in vodjem na področju HR procesov.
  • Posodobitve evidenc.
