What you´ll do
We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Amazon Key Account Manager to lead and grow our portfolio of hair care brands on Amazon in international markets. This role is critical in driving online sales performance, executing strategic plans, and managing day-to-day operations across multiple brands on the platform. You will serve as the main point of contact for Amazon Mexico and other markets we will enter in a 1P or 3P partnership, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, supply chain, and digital. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, has strong Amazon marketplace experience (ideally in Mexico or other LATAM markets), and is passionate about beauty, eCommerce, and digital growth. This position is remote within the United States, with a strong preference for candidates based in the Los Angeles area due to occasional in-person meetings or collaboration. Occasional travel required for team meetings, trade events, or retailer visits.
- Own and manage the Amazon international business across multiple hair care brands, driving sales, profitability, and brand presence.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and Amazon representatives, overseeing communications, negotiations, and performance optimization
- Lead the launch and management of brands entering the Amazon Mexico marketplace, establishing a strong operational foundation, optimizing performance, and scaling growth from the ground up.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, promotional calendars, and product launch plans tailored to Amazon Mexico, with additional international marketplaces to be explored and onboarded at later stages.
- Oversee and optimize Amazon Advertising initiatives (Search, Display, DSP) to drive traffic, increase conversion, and grow share of voice.
- Analyze sales data, marketplace trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic actions.
- Continuously enhance product listings (titles, bullets, imagery, A+ content) to maximize discoverability and conversion.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, supply chain coordination, and fulfillment to ensure strong availability and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing, creative, and supply chain teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure full compliance with Amazon policies, pricing strategies, and operational excellence standards
What makes you a good fit
- 3–5+ years of experience in Amazon account management or eCommerce sales, preferably with exposure to Amazon Mexico or LATAM markets.
- Experience managing beauty or consumer goods brands on Amazon is strongly preferred.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) – essential for communication with Amazon Mexico and internal teams.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI and Amazon tools (Seller/Vendor Central, Brand Analytics, Retail Analytics, etc.).
- Experience with PIM/DAM systems such as Syndigo
- Experience with Amazon Ads and understanding of digital marketing levers.
- Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with attention to detail and ownership mentality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus.

The salary for this role is $100,000.00 - $115,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
