What you´ll do
- Drive awareness and generate demand for the LOCTITE® portfolio and its value-added solutions
- Develop and execute annual Broad Market activation plans for LOCTITE®, aligned with the ACM strategic roadmap and go-to-market model
- Identify key growth opportunities across Maintenance, Repair, and General Industry segments to drive customer engagement and brand preference
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including promotions, product hero initiatives, and regional activations
- Leverage data, VOC insights, and market trends to shape messaging, positioning, and marketing strategies
- Translate and implement global operational plans within the region, ensuring alignment in brand promotion, tools, and solutions
- Develop best-in-class marketing and sales tools aligned to the customer journey — including sales enablement materials (presentations, demos, brochures, sell sheets, etc.) and creative assets (web copy, videos, infographics, banner ads, etc.)
- Deliver holistic activation packages across multiple channels, with a strong focus on digital activation (social media, search, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver innovative storytelling and content creation approaches
- Partner with the Demand Generation team to manage inbound lead generation and support outbound prospecting activities
- Lead cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders and external agencies or consultants to ensure seamless execution
- Manage, analyze, and optimize the NA marketing budget to maximize ROI and efficiency
- Conduct customer, brand, and product research to guide decision-making and campaign development
- Define and manage the NA social media strategy, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement
- Measure and report ROI of campaigns, activations, and digital initiatives
- Provide framework and guidance for regional marketing execution and alignment across teams
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience preferably in B2B marketing
- Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, events, sales enablement)
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy and how to align marketing programs with sales and business objectives
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo), and analytics tools (Power BI)
- Experience developing sales enablement tools such as presentations, brochures, demos, and guides
- Solid understanding of content strategy and creation, including video, web, and social media storytelling
- Ability to manage and track marketing budgets and measure campaign ROI
- Skilled in data-driven decision making, leveraging insights, VOC, and market trends to guide strategy
- Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for translating technical solutions into clear, customer-focused messaging
- Collaborative mindset with ability to influence across teams, including sales, product management, and external partners
- Creative thinker with a strategic yet hands-on approach to execution

The salary for this role is $95,000-$105,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
