About this Position
Join the world’s leading provider of bonding, sealing and functional coating solutions and become part of the dynamic, international Global Sustainability team within Adhesive Operations. In this role, you will contribute to strategic global priorities that support our journey toward achieving Henkel’s 2030 Sustainability Ambitions. You will help drive impactful initiatives across our global operations network, supporting sustainability integration, performance improvement and effective internal knowledge sharing.
What you´ll do
- Support the Sustainability team in Adhesive Operations to integrate sustainability principles into engineering, production processes and shopfloor engagement
- Assist with best-practice sharing initiatives to standardize and improve energy, water, and waste management practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance access to sustainability knowledge and communication materials
- Drive the design, structuring and implementation of SharePoint sites and communication channels for internal knowledge distribution
- Own and lead your own project, either developing new best practices or driving local improvement initiatives
What makes you a good fit
- Student currently enrolled in a master’s program in environmental management, sustainability management, business administration, or a related field
- First practical experience in sustainability management, consulting, project management, or communications is preferred
- Fluent in English language, additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, skills in Excel and Power BI are an advantage
- Strong communication skills, including experience in preparing content for internal stakeholders and experience with social media or external communication in a technical environment is a plus
- Experience in setting up or managing SharePoint sites (content structuring, navigation, user-friendly layout) is highly beneficial
- Autonomous, proactive mindset with a high degree of accountability and creative problem-solving

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
