What you´ll do
- Support the Sustainability team in Adhesive Operations to integrate sustainability principles into engineering, production processes and shopfloor engagement
- Assist with best-practice sharing initiatives to standardize and improve energy, water, and waste management practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance access to sustainability knowledge and communication materials
- Drive the design, structuring and implementation of SharePoint sites and communication channels for internal knowledge distribution
- Own and lead your own project, either developing new best practices or driving local improvement initiatives
What makes you a good fit
- Student currently enrolled in a master’s program in environmental management, sustainability management, business administration, or a related field
- First practical experience in sustainability management, consulting, project management, or communications is preferred
- Fluent in English language, additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, skills in Excel and Power BI are an advantage
- Strong communication skills, including experience in preparing content for internal stakeholders and experience with social media or external communication in a technical environment is a plus
- Experience in setting up or managing SharePoint sites (content structuring, navigation, user-friendly layout) is highly beneficial
- Autonomous, proactive mindset with a high degree of accountability and creative problem-solving

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2270. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
