What you'll do

  • Support the team with process compilation and documentation with the aim of synchronizing the systems across the different business functions.
  • Reviewing portfolio information in master data systems for efficient processing and reporting.
  • Perform strategic segmentation of global portfolio to enable effective strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of a strategic roadmap and technical approach for data consolidation, digitalization, and project tracking.
  • Creating and delivering presentations and workshops in partnership with team leads across various subject areas.
  • Support the Sustainability Agenda by ensuring quality of input and monitoring progress status.
  • Provide operational and content support to the training platform (Academy), contributing to onboarding and capability development for new colleagues within Henkel’s HCB team.

What makes you a good fit

  • Recent graduated (3-months max.) or currently a Masters or Bachelor student at Dutch University.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Prior experience in procurement or contract manufacturing is a bonus.
  • Proficient in digitalization processes with strong skills in Excel and analysis of big data sets.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Available for a full-time/part-time internship starting March 1st, 2026.
