About this Position
Be part of the dynamic and high-impact Adhesive Technologies Strategy / Board Office team.
What you´ll do
- Gain insights into developing, managing and implementing strategic projects and processes
- Be responsible for activities in the domains of leadership development as well as trainee programs
- Support the team in responding to ad-hoc top management requests and presentations
- Get to know Adhesive Technologies as a first step towards building a long-term career at Henkel
What makes you a good fit
- Student who has successfully completed at least 2 years of business-related studies
- Relevant practical experience or international experience, preferably in a (strategy) consultancy or in the strategy department of a corporation
- Proficient English and German language skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Highly motivated, self-organized ambitious team player with good communication and analytical skills
- Availability from 2026 with a flexible start date for an internship duration of 4–6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2270. gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
