About this Position

As Global Process Owner for Supply Planning, you will define and govern global planning processes that ensure efficient inventory management, deployment, and alignment with business goals. What you'll do focuses on standardization, continuous improvement, and driving automation to enhance speed, reliability, and cost efficiency across regions and plants.


What you´ll do

  • Design and implement global supply planning processes to support business changes such as new markets or product launches.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, deploying tools and systems that automate workflows and optimize performance.
  • Establish and monitor global KPIs for supply planning, ensuring consistent reporting and measurement.
  • Act as the top escalation point for global supply planning issues and drive resolution across regions.
  • Share best practices, simplify processes, and lead global projects from concept to execution.
  • Benchmark processes against industry standards and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Collaborate with demand planning, production, logistics, and IT to integrate supply planning into the broader supply chain.
  • Support global S&OP/IBP cycles, capacity planning, and demand-supply alignment.

What makes you a good fit

  • Degree in Supply Chain or related field
  • 5–10 years’ experience in global planning
  • Expertise in ERP/APS systems
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to lead change and process improvement.
