Dein Aufgabenfeld
- Führe Dein Team in einer Produktionszelle und entwickelst jede Person individuell weiter
- Übernehme vollständige Verantwortung für alle relevanten KPIs: Sicherheit, Qualität, Kosten, Lieferung, Motivation
- Leite tägliche Team-Meetings (DOR) und sorgst dafür, dass Probleme schnell und nachhaltig gelöst werden
- Sei ein Teil der Problemlösung bei chronischen Verlusten - direkt, praxisnah und lösungsorientiert
- Arbeite eng mit Technik, Training und Prozessoptimierung zusammen
- Sei zu rund 70 % Deiner Zeit auf dem Shopfloor - präsent, ansprechbar und nah am Team

- Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium (oder höher) in Maschinenbau, Verfahrens- oder Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle idealerweise in einem Lean-orientierten Produktionsumfeld
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Anwendung von Lean-Methoden sowie Erfahrung mit Produktionssystemen, Produktionskennzahlen und Shopfloor-Management
- Sehr gute Fähigkeiten im Lösen von Problemen, Innovationskraft sowie sicherer Umgang mit Daten und Statistiktools zur Prozessverbesserung
- Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
