  • 在未来最具创新性的行业应用实验室(Inno Green)工作,支持 ACB 亚太区业务发展。
  • 接受相关市场测试协议及结果解读的培训,并在需要时开发新的测试方法。
  • 根据收到的请求和项目,合理安排并同时执行实验室的多项测试工作。
  • 作为技术联络人,支持业务部门(如产品开发、制造、市场营销等)。
  • 通过电话、电子邮件、Skype 等数字工具,支持区域市场、重点客户经理(KAM)及应用工程师现场团队。 

您的主要工作内容

  • 负责完成所有产品性能相关投诉的根因分析及纠正措施计划。
  • 负责在 AE 数据库中完成客户技术请求的测试及报告。
  • 负责实验室设备的运行与维护,并标准化及开发新的测试方法。
  • 负责主导内部和外部的技术请求及项目。
  • 负责 AE 数据库的文档管理。
  • 负责撰写面向客户的报告,支持现场销售/应用工程团队、重点客户经理(KAM)或项目团队。
  • 负责与现场销售/应用工程团队、KAM 或项目团队直接沟通,并具备与客户直接沟通的能力。
  • 主导实验室测试方法的持续统一和管理。

职位要求

  • 本科及以上学历,具备化学、机械工程、家具与木材或建筑相关专业背景。
  • 至少 1-2 年工作经验。
  • 具备良好的英文书写及口语能力。
  • 具备可靠性、灵活性、主动性及团队合作精神。
