Consent declaration for CrowdComms virtual conferencing platform for corporate events

I hereby agree that Henkel AG & Co. KGaA, Henkelstrasse 67, 40589 Düsseldorf, Germany ‏(“Henkel”) may process my contact data, the communication data, the connection data and the content of the communication which will be collected when I am participating in events on the conferencing platform for the purpose of providing the online conference services:

The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before its withdrawal.

Henkel will store the data only as long as the consent is valid or as long as required in case of any statutory retention obligations.

Henkel will not forward the data to any third party unless for the purpose of providing the virtual conferencing event.
