Henkel’s Laundry & Home Care business unit continues growth with latest acquisition in Canada

Henkel Leaders Welcome JemPak

On May 31, Henkel successfully closed the acquisition of JemPak GK Inc., a Canadian-based company with approximately 140 employees and locations in Concord and Oakville, Canada. JemPak is a manufacturer of retailer brands for automatic dishwashing and heavy-duty detergents, including single dose detergent and fabric finishers.

Following a successful acquisition closing, Henkel leaders visited JemPak locations in Ontario, Canada for a Town Hall presentation, meet and greet with employees, and plant tour.

During townhalls at JemPak’s two manufacturing sites in Canada, employees were welcomed to the Henkel family by Laundry and Home Care leadership including Bruno Piacenza, Executive Vice President, Laundry & Home Care, Stephan Fuesti-Molnar, President and GM, Laundry & Home Care North America and Heather DiChiara, Senior Vice President and GM, Retailer Brands.
