- 成長自動車運転免許をお持ちの方(社有車運転のため、また将来的な営業への可能性含め)
- 文系、理系問わず、メーカー経験者(営業、技術、生産管理系)
- 機械関係(工業部品販売、自動車、電機、電子、その他)のアプリケーションの知識・知見をお持ちの方
- 化学に関する知識は不問だが、化学に対するバックグラウンド・知識・経験があれば望ましい
- 3~5年以上のメーカーでのセールス実務経験をお持ちの方(接着剤業界の経験は不問)
- 英語に苦手意識がないこと、かつ翻訳ツールを使って読み書きのコミュニケーションができること
- 顧客との関係構築・交渉スキル(異論調整・価値訴求)
- PCスキル(Microsoft Officeなど)
