ACC Japanにおいて、文具のりブランド「Pritt」の日本市場での販売拡大を担うキーアカウントマネージャー（営業）ポジションです。
これまで国内では特定パートナーを中心とした販売体制を取ってきましたが、今後はよりオープンな販売戦略へ移行し、国内販売代理店の新規開拓および関係構築を強化していきます。本ポジションはその中核として、Prittの販路拡大および売上成長をリードしていただきます。
また、グローバルのマーケティング資産や成功事例を最大限活用し、子どもおよび子どもを持つ家庭をターゲットとしたマーケティング強化にも携わっていただきます。さらに、これまで文具流通に広く展開されてこなかった「Loctite」ブランド製品の文具チャネルへの導入・拡販も推進していただきます。
職務内容
- 文具流通における販売代理店の新規開拓および関係構築
- 既存取引先との関係強化および売上拡大の推進
- Prittブランドの販路拡大に向けた提案営業および売上拡大施策の実行
- マーケティングチームが企画した販促・キャンペーンの店頭展開および流通現場への落とし込み
- グローバル販促ツールや成功事例の活用による売場提案・販促支援
- Loctiteブランド製品の文具流通への導入提案および拡販活動
- 顧客からの問い合わせ・クレームへの一次対応および社内連携による改善推進
- 品質・サービス向上に向けた社内関連部門との連携
- 売上予測・販売レポートの作成および関係部門への共有
- 売上・粗利を意識した案件管理および予算フォロー
- 展示会や業界イベントでの営業活動サポート
- 取引条件や価格条件に関する調整・更新対応（標準プロセスに基づく運用）
適したスキル
応募資格（必須要件）
- 文具メーカーまたは文具卸における営業経験3年以上
（例：コクヨ、クラウン、ニッケン文具等） - 代理店営業またはキーアカウント営業の経験
- 新規開拓営業の実績
- 文具流通における商習慣や長期的な取引関係を理解し、信頼関係を構築できる高いコミュニケーション力
- マーケティング施策と連動した営業活動の経験（販促企画、チャネル施策、店頭展開など）
- 社内外ステークホルダーとの調整力
- 日本語ネイティブレベル
