您的主要工作内容

  • ST 销售岗位支持与区域覆盖:
    - 作为 ST 销售岗位的补位角色,重点负责中国北方 ST 客户群及市场。
    - 覆盖并深度服务指定 ST 客户集群,确保区域业务连续性与稳定发展。
  • 重点客户管理与业务拓展:
    - 直接负责并维护关键客户关系。
    - 深入了解客户需求,推动新项目导入及现有项目扩展。
  • 黑色金属业务支持:
    - 为客户高度集中的区域提供黑色金属相关业务支持。
    - 协同内部技术、供应链及市场团队,提升整体解决方案能力。
  • 市场信息收集与项目推进:
    - 持续收集 ST 市场动态、竞争对手信息及行业趋势。
    - 加速销售项目落地,推动销售线索向订单转化。
  • 盈利增长与客户第一响应人:
    - 推动可持续、盈利性增长。
    - 作为汉高在客户侧的“第一响应人”,快速协调内部资源解决问题。
  • 现有业务维护:
    - 确保现有客户业务的稳定运行,防止业务流失。
    - 持续提升客户满意度与合作粘性。
  • ACE 项目更新与管理:
    - 定期更新并维护 ACE 项目相关信息。
    - 确保项目数据的准确性和及时。

职位要求

  • 本科及以上学历。
  • 专业背景优先考虑:化学 / 机械 / 汽车相关专业。
  • 具备良好的客户沟通能力,能够高效协调内外部资源。
  • 具备清晰的目标导向和结果意识。
  • 工作积极主动,具有较强的责任感与自我驱动力。
