About this Position
This position is responsible for planning and procuring purchase orders (POs) for third-party manufactured products (3PM). It also involves managing supply planning and procurement of required raw materials, as well as overseeing inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels. In addition, the role includes monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring effective cross-functional communication and stakeholder management across relevant teams.
What you´ll do
- Responsible for supply planning activities to align demand and supply. This includes managing materials provided to 3PM, including imported raw materials sourced from overseas, to ensure timely availability for production.
- Responsible for end-to-end procurement activities, including PO creation and the full sourcing process for both domestic and overseas raw materials required for 3PM manufacturing.
- Handles procurement-related claims and resolves issues such as quantity, quality, and delivery discrepancies in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Supports additional supply chain planning and operational tasks to ensure smooth execution and stable supply management.
