What you´ll do

As the E-Commerce Key Account Manager, you will oversee the sale of your brands on Amazon Vendor Central, directly responsible for executing and creating strategies to drive brand sales and grow brand presence on Amazon.ca. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, promotional activities, and marketing strategies tailored to each brand. Your role will involve monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, managing relationships with Amazon, and ensuring optimal product visibility and availability. You will also be tasked with identifying new growth opportunities and leveraging data insights to enhance brand performance and achieve sales targets.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets on Amazon.ca for assigned brands.
  • Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Vendor Central, including product listings, inventory management, and pricing.
  • Optimize product listings for search and conversion, ensuring best practices in SEO and content creation are followed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, and finance to align on promotional activities and ensure effective execution.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon Vendor Managers to resolve issues, and drive brand visibility. 
  • Partner with external agencies to develop and execute AMS & DSP advertising strategies, optimizing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and sales growth.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on these opportunities using data-driven insights.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in eCommerce management, particularly within Amazon Vendor Central, with a strong track record of driving sales and optimizing brand performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies to enhance sales and brand visibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Amazon Vendor Managers and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in SEO, content creation, and digital marketing strategies to optimize product listings and improve search rankings.
  • Experience in managing AMS & DSP advertising campaigns, including collaboration with agencies to develop and execute strategies that drive traffic and sales. 
  • Solid understanding of inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional planning within an eCommerce environment. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on new growth opportunities.

The salary for this role is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
