About this Position
The role is responsible for driving sales performance and market growth within the assigned territory by developing and executing effective sales strategies. This includes setting and achieving sales targets, forecasting demand, and continuously monitoring performance to ensure business objectives are met.

What you´ll do
1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned area
- Develop and execute territory sales plans
- Ensure growth in market share and distribution reach
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base2.
2. Channel Management
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, or stockists
- Ensure healthy inventory levels across the channel
- Monitor distributor ROI and overall performance
- Maintain strong relationships with key trade partners
3. Team Management
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team (TSEs/SEs/Officers)
- Set targets and monitor team performance
- Conduct regular field visits and provide on-ground coaching
- Ensure capability building and training of team members
4. Market Execution
- Ensure implementation of marketing initiatives and schemes
- Maintain pricing discipline and market hygiene
- Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence
- Drive visibility and brand promotion activities
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor daily/weekly sales reports and KPIs
- Analyze sales data to identify gaps and opportunities
- Prepare and present business reviews to senior management
6. Compliance & Controls
- Ensure adherence to company policies and trade schemes
- Monitor and control discounts and deviations
- Take corrective actions in case of market malpractices

- Minimum 3 Years of Experience into team handling
- Any Graduate (MBA Preferred)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Leadership and team management
