About this Position

  • Drive for Success: The T2M Analyst should be driven to seek out performance excellence in the IDH creation and extension process.
  • Works Independently and has the Responsibility to explore all aspects of T2M success within the region. This includes, however, not exclusively to user delays, process delays and seeking resolution and process improvement where appropriate.
  • Takes ownership and is Responsible for following the Henkel Standards set for Time-to-Market success for materials creations/extensions, will focus on establishing a network relationship and will work closely with Global T2M Performance Manager, MMD Coordinators, Product Management, Dx, GBS+ MMD and all other functional areas to achieve the required level of consistency, quality, effectiveness and efficiency to meet overall business needs.
  • Key supporting role serves as the first point of contact to all T2M performance activity in the Region. Communicate with Regional Head of MMD and Global T2M Performance Manager.

What you´ll do

  • Responsible for monitoring T2M performance indicators within the region.
  • Analyzing data from Power BI or other sources to isolate areas of constraint in T2M Performance.
  • Initiating and leading activities to improve T2M Performance.
  • Reporting activities and performance to Regional Head of Material Master Data.
  • Coordinating and participating in Global initiatives and activities surrounding T2M performance.
  • Coordinating and supporting regional MMD Coordinators as required.
  • Seeking improvement opportunities.
  • Leading local functional task forces or workshops where or as required.
  • Representing their region for all T2M Performance activities.
  • Support Projects for regional scope (APAC specifically is 10-15).
  • PIA training and PIA support for regional scope.
  • New/enhance PIA/T2M process implementation for regional scope (based on region or global).
  • Communicate/meet key stakeholders for T2M performance in region scope.
  • Support cross region PIA/T2M topics. 
  • Support all requests from user community and represent MMD process in regional scope.

  • Ability to guide and motivate peers.
  • Ability to analyze and make recommendations on improvements of existing processes.
  • Good understanding of the linkages between systems and functions.
  • Knowledge in Supply Chain processes.
