What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical discipline
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Quality, Engineering, or Supplier Quality within manufacturing, chemical, or equivalent industries
- Proven leadership experience managing supplier quality organizations and senior technical teams in complex, matrixed environments
- Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, GMP, Food Safety standards, and audit practices
- Strong command of core quality methodologies (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC/CEP, PFMEA, Control Plans)
- Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
- Strong financial and statistical data literacy, with the ability to interpret product quality metrics, COPQ, and supplier claims to drive executive decisions
- Demonstrated ability to navigate global suppliers and misaligned internal stakeholders, balancing partnership with accountability
- Executive level communication and influence across Quality, Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Units
- Fluent English; advanced Spanish preferred
- Up to 50% travel to support supplier audits, development activities, and escalation management
- Capacity to comply with the federally mandated requirements of U.S. export control laws

The salary range for this role is $185,000.00 - $200,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
