About this position


What you´ll do

  • Provide and lead onsite L2/L3 technical support while ensuring overall service stability and user experience for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Perform endpoint technical administration and take ownership of lifecycle management, including configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Execute and drive IT service management processes, ensuring SLA performance and continuous improvement across incident, request, problem, and change management.
  • Maintain and continuously improve technical documentation and SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and manage vendors for issue resolution, ensuring accountability and service quality.
  • Collaborate with global and regional IT teams to implement standards and improve service delivery effectiveness.
  • Drive and support IT project rollout and implementation, ensuring smooth transition to stable operations.
  • Ensure implementation of IT security controls and support compliance and audit activities within scope.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in IT support, system engineering, or IT operations in a multinational environment.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices.
  • Good understanding of IT security principles and controls.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, endpoint management, OS, and network fundamentals.
  • Vendor coordination experience with ability to manage service delivery.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow).
  • Strong troubleshooting capability with proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Mandarin and working-level English.
