About this Position

What you´ll do

  • Support Henkel’s global Employer Branding and Culture initiatives, helping strengthen our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and foster an inspiring, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate on global talent attraction, culture, and communication projects across external talent marketing, career channels, internal engagement, academic relations, and AI-driven initiatives.
  • Create and manage engaging content for global communication channels, including social media, employer branding campaigns, culture storytelling, and employee advocacy initiatives.
  • Support international university partnerships and events while contributing to activities that connect talent, culture, and the Henkel employee experience.
  • Conduct market research, benchmarking, trend monitoring, and analyses of talent and culture trends, identifying opportunities to apply AI and innovation to attract and engage talent more effectively.

What makes you a good fit

  • Student in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (final Bachelor year or currently enrolled in a Master’s program)
  • First corporate experience through internships or working student roles
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Strong PowerPoint and MS Office skills
  • Creative, proactive, and eager to bring new ideas
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Available for a 6-month internship starting September 2026

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
