What you´ll do
The Henkel Corporation ACM (General Adhesives Division) is seeking a North American Market and Customer Activation to help grow and market the LOCTITE® & TEROSON® brands, products, and services with our customers and distributors through the integration and execution of marketing disciplines. In this role, you will transform marketing insights into customer and portfolio strategies, and develop marketing programs to achieve net sales, profitability, market share objectives and to build project pipeline.
- Drive awareness and generate demand for the LOCTITE and TEROSON portfolio and its value-added solutions
- Assist in developing and executing annual activation plans for LOCTITE & TEROSON, aligned with the ACM strategic roadmap and go-to-market model
- Help identify key growth opportunities in the Vehicle Repair and Maintenance market to drive customer engagement and brand preference
- Plan and implement omni-channel digital activation plans with NA distribution partners
- Assist in managing end-to-end campaign execution, including promotions, product hero initiatives, and regional activations
- Leverage data, VOC insights, and market trends to shape messaging, positioning, and marketing strategies
- Translate and implement global operational plans within the region, ensuring alignment in brand promotion, tools, and solutions
- Help develop best-in-class marketing and sales tools aligned to the customer journey — including sales enablement materials (presentations, demos, brochures, sell sheets, etc.) and creative assets (web copy, videos, infographics, banner ads, etc.)
- Coordinate and organize tradeshows and events
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver innovative storytelling and content creation approaches
- Partner with the Demand Generation team to manage inbound lead generation and support outbound prospecting activities
- Help define and manage the NA social media strategy, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement
- Measure and report ROI of campaigns, activations, and digital initiatives
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, sales, or similar competency
- 2-3 years’ experience in marketing, sales or other customer facing experience
- Strong presentation capability and interpersonal skills
- Good stakeholder management
- Ability to build as well as manage numerous marketing campaigns
- Proactive, highly motivated, and passionate about marketing
- Self-motivated and ownership to drive and deliver business results

The salary range for this role is $70,000.00-85,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
