About this Position
Buscamos un(a) Logistics Cost Specialist con un fuerte enfoque analítico para liderar la gestión, monitoreo y optimización de costos logísticos. En esta posición, serás responsable de generar visibilidad financiera sobre las operaciones logísticas, apoyando la toma de decisiones mediante análisis de desempeño, planificación financiera y control de costos.
Trabajarás de manera cercana con equipos de Logística, Controlling y otras áreas de negocio para identificar oportunidades de eficiencia, asegurar la correcta aplicación de estándares corporativos y contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos financieros y operativos.
What you´ll do
- Planificar, monitorear y reportar indicadores financieros y operativos relacionados con almacenes, red logística y gestión de costos.
- Elaborar análisis financieros y escenarios que apoyen la toma de decisiones, inversiones y planes de acción del negocio.
- Liderar revisiones periódicas de KPIs, identificando oportunidades de mejora y asegurando el seguimiento de resultados.
- Gestionar actividades de cierre y reporte de costos logísticos, incluyendo recopilación de información, actualización de tarifas y criterios de asignación.
- Analizar variaciones de costos, desempeño operativo y registros financieros, generando recomendaciones para optimizar resultados.
- Identificar oportunidades de reducción de costos e impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua en la operación logística.
- Participar en la elaboración, seguimiento y control del presupuesto logístico.
What makes you a good fit
- Licenciatura en Finanzas, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Economía o carreras afines.
- Inglês avanzado.
- Experiencia previa en control de costos, controlling, análisis financiero, logística o áreas relacionadas.
- Dominio avanzado de herramientas analíticas y de visualización de datos, especialmente Power BI y Microsoft Excel.
- Conocimientos de SQL, Power Query o herramientas similares para gestión y análisis de datos.
- Experiencia en presupuestos, planeación financiera, forecasting y análisis de variaciones.
- Capacidad para interpretar grandes volúmenes de información y transformarlos en recomendaciones accionables para el negocio.
- Perfil analítico, orientado a resultados y con capacidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa con equipos multidisciplinarios.
