About this Position
What you´ll do
- 機械設備、電気設備、計装設備および自動化設備の保全業務全般を統括し、安定した設備稼働を実現する
- 設備信頼性向上およびダウンタイム削減を目的とした予防保全・予知保全プログラムを策定・実行する
- 設備稼働率、MTBF、MTTRなどの保全KPIを監視・改善する
- 設備故障発生時の原因解析（RCA）を実施し、再発防止策を推進する
- 継続的改善活動を主導し、生産性および設備効率の向上を図る
- 保全部門のメンバーを指導・育成し、チームパフォーマンス向上を推進する
- 技術的なサポートおよび問題解決をリードする
- 設備更新、設備改善およびCapEx（設備投資）プロジェクトを計画・推進する
- 外部業者・協力会社の管理および監督を行い、安全かつ効率的な工事遂行を確保する
- 安全・衛生・環境（SHE）に関する法規制および社内基準の遵守を徹底する
- Permit to Work（PTW）システムの運用管理（LOTO/LOTOTO、火気作業許可、協力会社管理等）を行う
- 生産、品質、エンジニアリング、SHEなどの関連部門と連携し、設備信頼性および工場パフォーマンス向上に貢献する
- TPMをはじめとするオペレーショナルエクセレンス活動を支援する
What makes you a good fit
MUST HAVE
- 製造業における設備保全業務経験5年以上；以下いずれかの業界における実務経験：化学プラント・プロセス製造業
機械・産業系製造業 - 工場またはプラントでの設備保全経験
- 保全計画立案および設備信頼性向上活動の経験
- 安全管理システムおよびPermit to Work（PTW）運用に関する知識
- 協力会社や社内関係部門との調整・折衝経験
- 自律的に業務を推進し、担当領域を一貫して管理できる能力
- 保全改善プロジェクトや設備改善活動をリードした経験
- 機械、電気または計装分野に関する知識・経験
- 原因解析（RCA）の実務経験
- MTBF、MTTR、設備稼働率などの保全KPIに関する理解
- 日本語での円滑なコミュニケーション能力
NICE TO HAVE
- TPM（Total Productive Maintenance）の実践経験
