About this position



What you'll do

  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers, with a primary focus on Southern Germany
  • Manage customer projects and identify optimization opportunities through our adhesive systems and coatings within customers’ lamination and coating processes
  • Deliver strong process and application engineering support while identifying new adhesive and coating applications at customer sites
  • Plan, conduct, and follow up on production trials to support the introduction of new products and technologies
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Customer Service and Product Development teams
  • Prepare and create commercial proposals and quotations
  • Develop and strengthen customer relationships across all organizational levels
  • Demonstrate a high degree of self-organization and execution capability, developing strategic customer approaches while applying strong entrepreneurial thinking and decision-making.

What makes you a good fit

  • Master of Arts degree with a strong technical understanding, Master of Science degree with a strong interest in commercial and business-related topics, or a comparable qualification combined with extensive experience in the technical sales of complex, consultative products
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the packaging, printing, and laminating industries is considered an advantage
  • Solid technical knowledge of adhesive and/or coating technologies is highly desirable
  • Structured, independent, and responsible working style
  • High willingness to travel (field sales role), flexibility, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good written and spoken English skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a strong team-oriented mindset
