Компания Henkel в поисках Территориального менеджера по продажам, клеевые технологии (Area Sales Manager, Adhesive Technologies) в г. Ташкент, Узбекистан.
Обязанности
- Реализация стратегии продаж, разработка плана действий в зоне ответственности в соответствии с приоритетами компании.
- Поиск клиентской базы, активное взаимодействие со строительными компаниями, дистрибьюторами и профессиональными строительными бригадами.
- Построение и поддержка прочных отношений с проектными и архитектурными организациями.
- Поиск объектов для реализации продукции компании.
- Достижение поставленных целей по продажам и дистрибуции.
- Проведение обучений и демонстраций материалов для целевой аудитории (строители, мастера, сотрудники отделов продаж клиентов, архитекторы и др.).
- Обеспечение эффективного географического охвата для достижения полного бизнес-потенциала (продажи и прибыль).
- Выполнение административных задач, управление данными клиентов.
- Предоставление прогноза продаж, контроль ключевых показателей эффективности.
- Управление отношениями и планирование работы с партнерами по дистрибуции.
Требования
- Опыт работы в продажах 1-3 года.
- Высшее или средне-специальное образование (предпочтение — техническому).
- Знание узбекского и русского языков (базовый разговорный).
- Знание английского языка будет преимуществом.
- Владение программами MS Office (включая Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Коммуникабельность, ответственность за результат, умение работать в команде.
- Стрессоустойчивость, проактивность, желание развиваться.
- Наличие водительских прав.
Условия
- Официальная заработная плата.
- Квартальный бонус при достижение плановых показателей KPI.
- График работы 5/2.
- Медицинское страхование.
- Больничный лист– 30 дней в течение года будут оплачиваться до 100% оклада.
