About this Position

As a Senior HR Personnel Administration Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and compliant employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle. As part of the HRDirect team, you will help maintain the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of essential HR services and documentation, enabling employees, managers, and business stakeholders to focus on what matters most. Working in a dynamic shared services environment, you will collaborate closely with HR colleagues, business stakeholders, and external authorities while serving as a trusted expert for personnel administration processes. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact through process excellence, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing, while supporting a customer-focused culture committed to quality, efficiency, and service reliability.

What you´ll do

  • Execute personnel administration processes in accordance with established procedures, service commitments, and SLA requirements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
  • Manage employee lifecycle documentation, including hiring, employment changes, terminations, contracts, personnel records, references, permits, and other HR-related documentation
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned HR processes and tools, providing operational support and contributing to process excellence
  • Ensure service continuity by effectively managing workload priorities, maintaining productivity targets, and supporting team coverage requirements
  • Monitor and resolve HR inquiries and tickets within defined processing timelines while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external authorities to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements related to personnel administration
  • Support knowledge transfer, process improvement, and cross-training initiatives to strengthen team capabilities and enhance service delivery

What makes you a good fit 

  • Bachelor's Degree in any Business Management/ Administration, Human Resource, or Psychology-related course
  • Minimum of three (3) years working experience as an HR professional with documentation handling background (related to Onboarding, Contract Management, and Personnel Administration); Preferably obtained from a multinational or shared service center working environment
  • Knowledge in MS Office and SAP HR is required 
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English
  • With keenness to details and good analytical skills
  • Amenable to work on a fixed term contract, day shift schedule (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
