About this Position

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering a consistent, efficient, and employee-focused HR experience across the organization. This position serves as a trusted partner to employees, HR teams, and business stakeholders by ensuring that core HR processes and employee data are managed accurately, compliantly, and with a high standard of service. Your work will directly support the smooth execution of the employee lifecycle, helping create a positive workplace experience while maintaining operational excellence. You will be part of a collaborative HR Operations team that works closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, HR Systems, and other functional teams to provide reliable HR support and continuously improve processes. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful improvements in how HR services are delivered, combining attention to detail, problem-solving, and customer focus to help the organization operate effectively and support its people.  

What you´ll do

  • Support the Philippine HR teams in the administration and execution of HR processes and operational activities
  • Facilitate employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, employee movements, and offboarding activities
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems, including but not limited to Workday and Dayforce
  • Prepare and process employment-related documentation, such as employment contracts, contract amendments, confirmation letters, and other employee correspondence
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, HR Systems, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on a broad range of HR topics, policies, and procedures; Ensure compliance with company policies, corporate standards, and local labor and regulatory requirements
  • Support HR reporting, record management, audits, and documentation activities to maintain operational excellence and governance standards. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to initiatives that enhance HR efficiency and employee experience 

What makes you a good fit 

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of HR Operations or HR Generalist experience supporting the Philippines, preferably within a multinational organization
  • Strong expertise in employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and personnel records management
  • Experience managing statutory HR processes, company benefit programs such as social insurances, employee health programs, and audit and compliance activities, issue resolution, and regional HR support
  • Proficiency in HRIS and digital tools, including Workday, Dayforce, SAP, SharePoint, AI/RPA solutions, and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure data accuracy, HR documentation management, reporting, and process compliance
  • Strong stakeholder management, change management, communication, and collaboration skills; confident speaker, creative thinker, coachable, and able to adapt and respond effectively in dynamic situations
  • Amenable to work on a day shift schedule (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
