About this position

What you´ll do

  • Manage and govern 3PL warehouse operations to ensure adherence to service levels, company policies, operational standards, and contractual commitments.
  • Drive warehouse performance through KPI management, including inventory accuracy, cost control, quality compliance, safety performance, and service excellence.
  • Lead 3PL partner governance and contract management by conducting regular performance reviews, managing SLAs, pricing agreements, and contract lifecycle activities.
  • Oversee warehouse financials and cost optimization through invoice validation, budget monitoring, spend analysis, and identification of cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure effective utilization of warehouse systems and technologies, including SAP, WMS, EDI, and automation tools, to enhance operational efficiency and visibility.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity enhancement, process standardization, operational excellence, and supply chain optimization.
  • Ensure compliance, quality, and risk management by maintaining SHEQ standards, supporting audits, conducting risk assessments, and implementing RCA/CAPA actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and leverage data analytics to support strategic decision-making, warehouse network optimization, space utilization, and successful onboarding of new warehouse facilities.

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, warehouse footprint optimization, and supply chain processes.
  • Experience managing 3PL providers, negotiating contracts, monitoring SLAs/KPIs, and driving service excellence.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP (WM/EWM), WMS, EDI, warehouse automation technologies, Advanced Excel, and Power BI.
  • Ability to analyze operational performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, implement process improvements, and drive operational excellence.
  • Knowledge of SHEQ standards, audit management, regulatory compliance, RCA/CAPA methodologies, and risk mitigation practices.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, influencing, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
