About this Position
Drive pricing excellence and margin optimization across the IMEA region by developing and implementing effective pricing strategies, enhancing profitability, ensuring pricing governance, and enabling data-driven commercial decision-making. The role partners closely with cross-functional teams to balance growth, customer value, competitiveness, and sustainable business performance. The position offers location flexibility and can be based in Mumbai (India), Istanbul (Turkey), or remotely within the IMEA region, subject to business requirements.
What you´ll do
- Develop and execute regional pricing strategies aligned with growth and profitability objectives.
- Lead price increases, cost recovery initiatives, discount governance, and value-based pricing programs.
- Analyze pricing performance, profitability, and margin trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Supply Chain teams to support commercial decision-making and customer negotiations.
- Drive pricing governance, compliance, pricing analytics, and digital tool adoption across the region.
- Lead regional pricing projects, process improvements, and best-practice implementation across multiple countries.
- Provide pricing insights, business recommendations, and training to commercial stakeholders.
- Support margin expansion, portfolio optimization, and commercial excellence initiatives.
What makes you a good fit
- B,Tech is a must & MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Product Management, Business Management, Finance, or Sales.
- Experience in B2B, Industrial, Specialty Chemicals, Adhesives, or related industries preferred.
- Strong commercial, financial, and analytical skills with expertise in pricing and margin management.
- Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working in a regional or multi-country matrix environment.
- Demonstrated success in driving pricing strategy, profitability, and commercial performance.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable business insights.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead initiatives without direct authority.
- Results-oriented professional with a focus on value creation, governance, and continuous improvement.
