About this Position
A Market Strategy role focused on identifying growth opportunities and driving business impact across footwear, apparel, textile, and accessories markets. Working in a highly collaborative global environment, you will leverage market insights to shape priorities, support innovation, and execute initiatives that strengthen our competitive position. The role offers broad exposure to cross-functional teams, key customers, and industry stakeholders, making it ideal for someone who enjoys turning market intelligence into actionable business outcomes.
What you´ll do
- Contribute to the development and execution of market strategies across footwear, apparel, textile and accessories markets, working closely with regional and global stakeholders
- Monitor market developments, emerging trends and customer needs, translating observations into actionable recommendations and quantified growth opportunities
- Drive selected strategic projects and growth initiatives from planning through implementation, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment
- Provide strategic input to innovation, product portfolio and launch related activities through market insights & data, value proposition development, prioritization
- Support customer and market engagement activities, including workshops, industry events and strategic business discussions
- Being based in a growth market, act as a connector between sales, marketing and technical teams, representing on-the-ground business realities in global discussion
What makes you a good fit
- 5+ years of professional experience in market development, strategy, marketing, business development or related commercial functions
- Knowledge of sporting goods and/or fashion markets and their value chains, including footwear, apparel, textile and accessories
- Self-motivated with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working independently and across diverse teams
- Fluent in English and local language; Mandarin is a plus
- Educational background in marketing, business, material science, engineering or related fields
- Adhesives and/or Coatings knowledge is a plus
