About this Position

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering a consistent, efficient, and employee-focused HR experience across the organization. This position serves as a trusted partner to employees, HR teams, and business stakeholders by ensuring that core HR processes and employee data are managed accurately, compliantly, and with a high standard of service. Your work will directly support the smooth execution of the employee lifecycle, helping create a positive workplace experience while maintaining operational excellence. You will be part of a collaborative HR Operations team that works closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, HR Systems, and other functional teams to provide reliable HR support and continuously improve processes. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful improvements in how HR services are delivered, combining attention to detail, problem-solving, and customer focus to help the organization operate effectively and support its people.  

What you´ll do

 Payroll and compensation administration

  • Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process, helping ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, leave records, incentives, allowances, benefits deductions, and final settlements.
  • Review payroll calculations covering base salary, fixed allowances, variable payments, overtime, PPh 21, and BPJS contributions.
  • Ensure payroll administration complies with applicable regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate annual compensation review and salary adjustment administration.
  • Prepare payroll reports and support payroll audits as required.

Recruitment and talent acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for blue collar workers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and prepare job descriptions and recruitment plans.
  • Source candidates through relevant channels, conduct screening interviews, and coordinate assessments.
  • Manage offer preparation and onboarding activities.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill and offer acceptance rate, and support employer-branding initiatives.

Onboarding and Offboarding

  • Deliver a positive employee experience by managing onboarding activities from offer acceptance through successful integration into the organization.
  • Oversee offboarding activities to ensure a smooth and compliant separation process while maintaining accurate documentation and stakeholder coordination.

Learning and development

  • Coordinate the annual training needs analysis and internal and external training programs.
  • Maintain training records and track completion of required compliance training.

HRIS and data management

  • Serve as an administrator for HR systems and review employee master data entered by Shared Services for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage HR system transactions for new hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and terminations.
  • Maintain data privacy and confidentiality in line with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Generate HR analytics and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Support HR digitalization, process improvement, system testing, and implementation of enhancements.

HR compliance and employee lifecycle

  • Support compliance with Indonesian labor laws, company policies, internal controls, and data privacy requirements.
  • Maintain employee files, records, and HR documentation, and support internal and external audits.
  • Monitor relevant legal changes, review HR processes, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding, probation review completion, employee benefits, and welfare program administration.


What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 4-6 years of relevant HR experience at Specialist level.
  • Experience in a multinational company environment is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience managing payroll and industrial relations in Indonesia.
  • Working knowledge of Indonesian labor law, payroll administration, compensation and benefits, BPJS, and PPh 21 requirements.
  • Experience with recruitment, learning and development, HRIS administration, and employee data management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
