About this Position

Join Henkel Consumer Brands and play a pivotal leadership role within the team. As our National Business Manager, you'll lead the commercial strategy for one of Australia's most important retail partnerships, driving sustainable sales growth, market share and profitability across our portfolio.

In this high-impact role, you'll own the end-to-end relationship, develop joint business plans, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding commercial outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and results-driven leader who thrives on building strong partnerships, identifying growth opportunities and influencing business success. 

What you´ll do

  • Lead the strategic relationship with a key national retail customer, driving long-term growth and partnership success.
  • Develop and execute customer strategies that deliver revenue, profit, market share and category growth.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, promotional planning and trade investment to maximise performance and ROI.
  • Use market insights and category data to identify growth opportunities and deliver winning customer strategies.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Manage account budgets, financial performance and trade spend to achieve sustainable, profitable growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution and exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Ensure strong commercial governance, compliance and ethical business practices across all customer activities.

What makes you a good fit

  • 5+ years' experience in National Business Management or a similar commercial role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced analytical, presentation and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive business growth.
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or a related field (preferred).
