About this Position
Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Coordinate campaigns, manage marketing materials & POSM, support digital marketing initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful implementation of marketing plans accross Maghreb & WA countries and SBU.
What you´ll do
- Lead and execute marketing, advertising, promotional activities, and communication campaigns in compliance with brand guidelines across all SBUs.
Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring timely execution and cost efficiency. Assist with budget tracking and purchase order management.
Support stakeholders and distributors to drive business growth through marketing initiatives.
Support regional projects and initiatives.
Drive and manage trade marketing and merchandising projects, ensuring excellence in in-store execution, strengthening brand visibility, and optimizing shopper engagement to support sustainable sales growth across all channels.
Lead digital communication and online brand presence, working closely with agencies to develop compelling and engaging content that strengthens audience engagement, enhances brand visibility, and supports business objectives.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and product launches, particularly within the ACC portfolio, from business case initiation and IDH extension through to artwork development and launch preparation.
Maintain, follow, and update activity calendars and project timelines.
Monitor, evaluate, and optimize marketing plans and campaigns through the analysis of performance, ROI, and KPIs, providing actionable insights to enhance effectiveness and support strategic decision-making.
Support the creation of marketing visuals and ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
Organize and manage customer events, workshops, trade shows, and promotional materials to enhance brand visibility.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, Legal, and Regulatory functions.
