Lo que harás
- Desarrollar y fortalecer relaciones con clientes, identificando sus necesidades y nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Gestionar y desarrollar cuentas, contribuyendo al crecimiento sostenible de las ventas y al cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales.
- Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, mercados, canales y clientes potenciales.
- Participar en negociaciones comerciales y contribuir al desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias de ventas.
- Analizar indicadores de desempeño, resultados de ventas y tendencias del mercado para identificar oportunidades y apoyar la toma de decisiones.
- Colaborar con equipos como Marketing, Finanzas, Supply Chain y otras áreas para ofrecer las mejores soluciones a nuestros clientes.
- Contribuir a iniciativas que fortalezcan la satisfacción y fidelización de nuestros clientes y el crecimiento rentable del negocio.
Lo que te hace un buen candidato
- Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Negocios, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía o un campo relacionado.
- Experiencia previa o un fuerte interés en desarrollar tu carrera profesional dentro del área de Ventas.
- Perfil comercial, orientación a resultados y capacidad para identificar y desarrollar oportunidades de negocio.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y construcción de relaciones con clientes.
- Habilidades analíticas y capacidad para trabajar con indicadores de desempeño y datos comerciales.
- Capacidad para colaborar eficazmente con diferentes equipos y stakeholders en un entorno dinámico.
- Dominio de Microsoft Office. La familiaridad con herramientas de CRM, sistemas ERP o soluciones de análisis de datos será considerada una ventaja.
- Dominio del inglés y capacidad para desenvolverse en un entorno internacional.
- Residir en México o tener interés en futuras oportunidades de Ventas en el país.
