What you´ll do

  • Manage and grow Henkel Consumer Brands (HCB)/Dial Professional business with the Wholesale, National Account, and B2B Distributors in designated territory.
  • Responsible for developing sales plans to meet or exceed sales and margin targets within the territory.
  • Build and manage sales broker relationships in the territory to meet/exceed sales targets and create open pipeline of opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships and product assortment strategies with wholesalers, national accounts and distributors in the territory.
  • Lead sales broker team to end user targets within the Jan/San, Industrial, Office, Education, Hospitality, & Foodservice Verticals
  • Maintain customer forecasts to ensure accuracy of product availability for the territory.
  • Build, track and manage trade spending with customers in the territory.
  • Travel to customer meetings, trade shows, end users as needed to grow the business in the territory.

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum 5 years+ of CPG Commercial Experience
  • Proven success in a sales manager, account management, national account management role.
  • Knowledge and relationships with Jan/San, Office, Industrial & Wholesale Distribution.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
  • Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans
  • Ability to motivate sales broker team and distributor sales reps
  • Category, Consumer, B2B distribution/wholesale understanding
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint skills and Sales BI experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Travel Requirement: 50%-60%

The salary range for this role is $110,000.00 and $130,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable.  The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
