What you´ll do
- Own and govern global end-to-end Customer, Vendor and Bank Master Data processes, ensuring harmonized standards, governance frameworks, controls, and process compliance across all regions and business units
- Drive process harmonization, simplification, digitalization and automation initiatives to improve data quality, transparency, efficiency, and overall process performance
- Lead and support global transformation programs, SAP implementations, system integrations, M&A activities, and solution deployments by providing business process expertise and governance
- Govern business requirements and process alignment for SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions, including enhancement prioritization, testing, implementation, and user adoption activities
- Define and monitor global Master Data quality standards, KPIs, controls, and reporting mechanisms while ensuring compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations
- Partner closely with Finance, Business Units, GBS+, DX/IT, Compliance, Data Protection, key users, and external partners to drive process excellence and sustainable business outcomes
- Promote best-practice sharing across regions and identify opportunities to reduce complexity, increase automation, and optimize total process cost
- Shape the future of global Master Data Management and gain exposure to enterprise-wide transformation programs, senior stakeholders, and strategic digital initiatives
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Systems, Finance, IT or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Master Data Management (Customer, Vendor or Material), Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Finance Operations, Shared Services, Process Management or related areas
- Strong expertise in process governance, process optimization and continuous improvement, combined with experience leading projects, transformation initiatives or change management activities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across different organizational levels, and proven stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities in an international and cross-functional environment
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into practical process solutions
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP MDG and SAP S/4HANA experience is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with automation technologies and digital process transformation initiatives is considered a plus
- Fluent English, written and spoken

Salary: €2,500 – €4,000 gross per month. The advertised amount represents a starting salary range. The final salary will be determined based on the above criteria and confirmed after the interview process.
