About this Position
To operate all aspects of occupational health and safety related issues by ensuring that safety, health, environment, and quality matters are aligned with rules and regulations.
What you´ll do
- Review and Monitoring of local legal compliance and Henkel requirement.
- Ensure that SHE programs at workplace are implement & maintain in compliance with Global Henkel requirement, ISO45001, ISO14001 and Thai laws. (Site emergency system, chemical safety, waste management, Contractor Safety management, PTW, WAH, Risk Assessment, Incident Investigation, Industrial Hygiene, Health, LOTOTO, Machine Safety etc.)
- Strongly drive SHE objectives and target and SHE plan achieve on target.
- Supervising the stakeholder to ensure that assigned tasks can be done by meet operational standard.
- Assisting to enhance the effectiveness of Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) controlling and the quality of management reporting by means of internal SHE audits and site inspections, BBSWA, effective SHE programs monitoring and audit action follow-up, monthly and yearly SHE management reporting, participation in operation meetings & management reviews.
- Leading & coordinate with all function to perform safety risk assessment (comply with ISO45001/ ISO 14001 /Henkel requirement) to ensure risk is well managed and prepare documentation to report to the relevant.
- Leading an investigation and analysis of the incidents on the site to prevent reoccurrence and provide measures for accident prevention. Also record report and tracking. -Organize & conduct SHE training program to employees and contractors (such as basic safety, chemical, basic fire & fire drill, Risk assessment, first aid etc.)
- Create & conduct activities to promote SHE awareness e.g. weekly/monthly SHE communication, World SHE day, Health campaign, BBSWA, Management site walk, Project improvement etc.
- Prepare and report related with SHE topics follow local SHE regulations. (such as chemical, safety officer in each level, fire drill, occupational health, confined space, industrial hygiene monitoring, waste etc.)
- Supporting manage policy compliance, regulations and standard of ISO45001, ISO14001, GMP, ISO50001, ISO22716 etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superior.
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum 3-7 years' experience working in SHE especially in FMCG/Consumer and/or Chemical Industry.
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety field.
- Must have a Bor Chor Certificate.
- MS Office, Communication, Presentation, can do attitude, Proactive, AI Technology Training program: ISO45001, ISO14001.
- Good command of English communication.
