About this Position
Henkel is in search an ambitious and strategic Senior Brand Manager to shape the future of our Hair Care business across 9 diverse markets. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a challenging and evolving category, strengthen established segments such as Shampoo, and unlock new growth opportunities in emerging segments like Hair Treatments. What you´ll do
- Develop and implement brand strategy for Hair care category (3 brands) and annual marketing plan across nine markets of Central Asia and Caucasus, aligned with global brand objectives and business priorities.
- Drive brand performance, market share, sales growth, and profitability through data-driven decision-making and effective marketing investments.
- Lead the development and execution of impactful 360° marketing campaigns across TV, digital, social media, influencer marketing, and other relevant consumer touchpoints.
- Drive portfolio development and new product launches, translating consumer insights and market opportunities into successful growth initiatives.
- Analyze consumer trends, category dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and strengthen brand relevance.
- Manage regional marketing budgets, optimize resource allocation, and measure campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration with sales, trade marketing, finance, regional marketing and other stakeholders to deliver brand and business objectives.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within FMCG.
- Proven experience in developing and executing brand strategies, ideally across multiple markets.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of brand performance, market share and marketing ROI.
- Experience in integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing and product launches.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively across different cultures and markets.
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English.
