  • Backfill one C&L sales position focusing on South China cluster
  • Serve key customer in casting, forging, cleaner and cutting fluids application.
  • Drive growth from giga-casting customers.
  • Accountabilities (Time in %)

  • Drive profitable growth for giga-casting and act as Henkel's First Responder; 50%
  • Maintain existing business and manage relationship at assigned accounts; 20%
  • ACE management and other paper jobs; 10%
  • Collect market information; 10%
  • Manage and develop distribution network. 10%


  • Bachelor, Major in Material/Chemistry/Machinery/Auto/Business.
  • Excellent written English and workable spoken English.
  • Communication skills with customers and internal discussion.
  • 3-15 years working year in Automotive/Chemical industry. (Diecasting experience is preferable)
  • College degree.
  • Good interpersonal& communication skill.
